Spicy Shrimp with Pesto Noodles



Spicy shrimp and bright pesto sauce mixed with linguine pasta makes for a delicious meal. You can make this dish quickly, and it's full of delicious flavors that will please your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente

Drain and set aside

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat

Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, saut for 1-2 minutes until fragrant

Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side

Reduce heat to low, add cooked linguine to the skillet along with pesto sauce

Toss until pasta is well coated

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and shrimp mixture, toss gently to combine

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves

Serve hot, optionally with additional Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes for extra flavor

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the middle is still soft

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down

Ingredients:

  • 1 Nespresso coffee capsule your choice
  • 6 oz 180 ml milk
  • Sugar optional

Instructions:

Brew a Nespresso coffee capsule of your choice

Froth the milk using the Nespresso milk frother or a steam wand until it's creamy and velvety

Pour the brewed coffee into a tall glass

Slowly pour the frothed milk over the coffee, allowing it to settle on top and create distinct layers

Add sugar if desired, to taste

Serve and enjoy your Nespresso Latte Macchiato!

Easy Hamburger Soup



This Easy Hamburger Soup is a comforting and hearty meal perfect for chilly days. Made with simple ingredients and cooked in a slow cooker, it's a convenient dish that the whole family will love.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 carrots, sliced

  • 5 oz diced tomatoes

Stir well to combine all ingredients

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours

During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add frozen corn and peas

Once vegetables are tender and soup is heated through, serve hot
